When will my order ship?
In MOST cases, orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. Your product is GUARANTEED to ship out within two business days of receiving your order. Our days of operation are Monday through Friday (does not include federal holidays). If your order was placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday – the latest your order will ship is the following Tuesday.
Once my order ships, when will I receive it?
Per USPS, standard shipping on orders takes between 2-6 business days. Tracking is provided to you (via email) exactly one hour after your order ships.
Does Mile High Pawducts ship internationally?
We currently ship anywhere in the US. This includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. At this point in time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
